Tx timed out! Resetting card

Hi, I have set up a peer-to-peer (Ad-Hoc demo) network
with 2 of
my laptops using wireless PCMCIA cards (One Orinoco
Silver and one
Orinoco Gold) . I want to run some video stream demo
between
these two laptops.

But every now and then the log gives me warning msg
as follows:

When this happens, my video stream server and client
just hang there. Does somebody have the same problem
before? 

Here are the configuration and other information about
the setup:

Laptop A: 1000 MHz CPU, 128 MB mem, running RedHat
7.1, kernel 2.4.2.
/sbin/iwconfig gives:

lo no wireless extensions.
