Just FYI...  Port 137/UDP is used for NBT name resolution (NetBIOS to IP
address translation).  Port 138/UDP is used for browsing announcements
(Network Neighborhood stuff, mostly).  The actual fileservice is run on
TCP port 139.  139/UDP doesn't have a defined purpose.
