Does Avaya silver work with orinoco_cs?

	Hello,

	I'm trying to make work an Avaya silver with a PCI adapter in linux, but
with no success up to date. I'm always getting the same error I copy at the
end of this mail. Did anybody make it work? Does anybody the meaning of the
error messages?. My setup is:
	Suse 7.3
	Kernel 2.1.10
	Pcmcia CS 3.1.34
	orinoco_cs 0.11b
