Nortel E-Mobility Card External Connectors at the end of the card...

Howdy all, I was wondering if anyone out there has found a connector to
suite the emobilty from nortel (model la-4121-1100-1c)  It comes with a pci
to PCMCIA controller as well model LA-4131.

It looks like a lucent connect (MCX?) but it seems to be reveresed, if
anyone could help out I would really appreciate it !!!!
