Low-Loss Cable

Could someone enlighten me to the types of low-loss cable that I need.

I'm trying to source some locally, but nobody really knows what I'm talking
about, or what C2FP is. They reckon I might be after RG213/214, but that's
$11/m.

They're asking me if it's coax or data cable, the ohmage, how many cores (i
assumed one), and the type.

Any help would be appreciated - don't want to get the wrong stuff.
