Wireless extension error

Hi!

I have a working system with Roambout cards. I was using Kernel 2.4.9 and I
switched to
2.4.14. It works also with new kernel but I get this error when I run
iwconfig

Warning : Device eth1 has been compiled with version 12
of Wireless Extension, while we are using version 11.
Some things may be broken...

Before I didn't get this error but I also never get the Link quality and
other statistics.
They were all zeros, always.

What must I do to get iwconfig work properly and also get the statistics?
