Some Wireless Extension changes...

	Hi Wireless friends,

	After some maturation, I've decided to create a new driver API
for the Wireless Extensions. The goal is to make the driver support
simpler and to integrate better with other user APIs.
	The new API is working and I'm satisfied. For now, it's just a
set of patches available at :

	Now, I'm waiting for comments... Later on I'll try to push
that into kernel 2.5.X.

P.S. : For people currently working on Wireless Extensions (like Reyk
Floeter), don't despair, all the work you do know will migrate
trivially to the new API, and the old API won't go away...
