Lucent PCMCIA->PCI bridge and Linux 2.4

I get a similar error on my HP Omnibook 800CT: Here the module ds.o
refuses to load, because "init_module failed" or something like
that. WIll look into it in more detail when I'm at home again.
An externel PCMCIA package works, but I have to use the kernel-one,
because I need the orinoco_cs driver.

Same settings, same hardware, only another ds.o and it doesn't work.

Any ideas?
