Windows XP client cannot access samba shares

What I don't understand about this "smb-clients at lists.samba.org"
discussion-list is why do I keep receiveing allways only the questions and
NEVER an answer?!? I am from Romania and we have here a "rlug" [Romanian Linux
Users Group] discussion-list but I receive from it ALL the messages. By reading
them, I learn valuable insights for future problems...
