[Samba] LDAP Account Manager 8.8 with enhanced request access module

Announcement:

LAM requires at least PHP 8.1 now. There were several enhancements to 
request access like history and possibility to request owner access. The 
new altSecurityIdentities module supports to manage SSH keys in AD/Samba 4.
