[Samba] missing msdfs referrals from samba directory listing: wrong order in smbd_dirptr_get_entry()?

Hm.  I observed the prob with samba 4.19, not with current master or 4.20.
An upgrade to 4.20 already fixed this issue for me.  4.19 is also a bit
inconclusive - the prob does not show itself on one of 3 servers running
4.19 where I tried that, while the configs seems to be identical.

I'll try to check current master later today, though I can't really do that
in production, only in my test environment (which is empty currently).

I see a few changes in master related to msdfs stuff.
