that package isn't installed according to "apt-cache policy" !
Seems it got lost while upgrading.

seemed like, but was very fast (so did nothing, as it seems)

Did "apt install samba-ad-dc/bookworm-backports" now, and now the 
service is there, including winbind. Great.

"drs showrepl" is OK now, winbind-tests also

fixed, it seems
