[Samba] PVE HA for DCs

Perfectly fine to just restart. Do not routinely re-join DCs. The AD
pattern is built on late 1990s hardware architecture, not 2010 cloud
architectures, so each join leaves a mark on the domain. So do it per
upgrade if you want, but not per boot.
It is possible, but not required nor routinely done, to force in a full
replication with various 'samba-tool drs replicate' commands.
