Yes, I'm using a Proxmox VE 7.4 Container, which is lxc based (but
Proxmox hides the details, essentially in web gui I clicked "Create
Container" and selected Debian 12 template).
As data storage I used a ZFS mirror.
I though it would be a good idea to have a dedicated file server
container, so I thought nas1 would be a less confusing hostname. What
would be a better name?
I wanted to have ZFS to benefit from its integrity features to avoid
corrupted files like I have on a windows server (unreadable by Windows
and chkdsk creates an almost empty disk).

Is it a bad idea to do what I do here? I could use a Virtual Machine
and/or a different base linux, what do you think?
