[Samba] bind crashes after samba upgrade

Yes, eventually found that and the upgrade, from Debian Stretch Samba
4.10.16 (compiled) to Debian Bookworm Samba 4.19.3 (backports
package), appears to have worked and is now in production. All FSMO
roles have been transferred and the old DC has been demoted and is
offline (although hanging around in case of emergency).
