The script show'd me the problem ... for some reason I had to run "kinit 
%ADMIN_ACCOUNT%" once more. After doing so I was able set permissions 
using RSAT.

Just as a sidenote: maybe it would also be handy for others if the 
script asks for the used %ADMIN_ACCOUNT% ... here we don't have to use 
"Administrator", we get account-data from the IT-Department ...
