[Samba] function level 2012_R2

Hey there Rowland!
I think we all see that both domain and functional level capabilites lag a good long time behind MS. I am curious as to what goes into implementing the capabilities, especially what is it that seems to complicate it so much. As always, very much appreciate your insights. Too bad we can't go to Amazon and print-on-demand current versions of your brain! ;)

Sorry but it isn't going to work, not even if you upgrade to the latest
Samba version. Samba, whilst it now uses the 2012R2 schema, cannot be
raised to the 2012R2 functional level, it is getting close, but isn't
quite there yet.
