I'm still going to need you to give it a try.  Our resources are
limited and by doing that you give the best chance that the issue can
be investigated.

A full (redacted) smb.conf plus examples of the different logs.

Also showing what happens with just plan logging (not systemd) and
without directing the logs to different files.
