[Samba] Disable NETBIOS during "domain provision" or "domain join" (Samba 4 AD)

That is exactly why I was asking. Because I have two DNS entries for the DC, one
with the long hostname and one with the "netbios name". Those are created during
domain provisioning. So if there is already a A record for the long name, what
use is the short name?
But if this is needed for AD to work properly, then so be it.
I guess this also answers my third question, it seems there is no way to set the
netbios name during provisioning/join.
