[Samba] Windows 10 cannot connect without SMB1

I spent time last night updating the working VM to the same patchlevel 
as the on-working VM. It still works. There are definitely differences. 
I will be looking more closely at the configuration differences between 
the two VMs, probably this weekend. Thanks for the tips.
