If you have set up the Unix domain members correctly, your AD users will 
become Unix users, you no longer have separate Unix and Samba/AD users.

You can add users with samba-tool, but it isn't a GUI. There is a new 
Samba module for cockpit and there are several ldap browsers such as LAM.
