[Samba] smbd fails to start after upgrade to version 4.11.6 - same on 4.12.15 at Debian Buster

I personaly preffer.. 

    interfaces = 192.168.1.4 127.0.0.1
    bind interfaces only = yes

So no interface names but the ip's you use. 

Simpley less problems. 
*(not, i've not tested ipv6 with this yet.)
