You have that again?
I also had that but i dont see these crashed anymore. 

can you try one thing.  On the folder where your looking, where explorer crashed on. 

Can you get and getfacl output of that folder, i'll have a look at it. 

Its more because i dont see the crashes again. 
And sure, if its needed and helps, i'll re-add it.
