[Samba] Windows 2016 RSAT not connect with samba4 DC

So, perhaps rather than telling us what WILL NOT work, how about letting us know what platforms RSAT is *known* to work on?

Eg. Win10 1908 20H2 etc?

Rpvs> Initially you could download and install the install RSAT on a Windows
