Well yes, it is an error, but not the one you think it is ;-)

If you think about it, how can a record already existing be an error ?

The error is in the way it tells you it exists, or rather the way it 
doesn't tell you the record exists ;-)

This has been fixed and will be in the next major version of Samba 4.13.0
