[Samba] Samba-4.11 AD DC dnsupdate fails

I am seeing a recurring error relating to dns updates.  I ran:

samba_dnsupdate --verbose

I see this result:

There have been no manual updates done to the DNS forward zonefile.  Samba-tool
has only been used for queries since the initial provisioning.

What is causing this? A uplicate record, I know but why does the duplicate
exist?  More to the point how do I get rid of it?
