AFAIK no; but you can put, with GPO, a limit in the profile size, so
you can have at least 'capped' profile load times...

Added to that, you can exclude some dirs from profiles, or redirect
some profile folder (Documents, Download, ...) to some share.
In this way you can achive more or less what you want: profile can be
keeped small, and most of profile content are ''linked'' to some share,
directly.
