[Samba] Raise Domain functional level to 2012_R2

Hello Andrew,

first let me say it was a pleasure to meet you in Göttingen at the SambaXP.

The discussion about the "DNS" in the evening was very interesting.

So, i have asked this question a few weeks before, maybe a entry in the
samba wiki would help ;)
