[Samba] Azure AD Connect - Error reference-value-not-ldap-conformant

Hello everybody,

I have a Samba4 ad (running on an Ubuntu 18.04, Samba 4.7.6)

 
This AD is used by several associations to manage users in different applications. Now, an association was made possible via Microsoft nonprofit Office365 access and it should be the mailboxes in Office365 hosted. For this I have installed a Windows Server 2019 on which I installed the Azure AD Connect.

Unfortunately, syncronization does not work. Error message:

Error: reference-value-not-ldap-conformant

I wanted to ask if there is something new in the meantime, or if someone can help?
