[Samba] Debian 9.8 and vanbelle-repos

I can uninstall docker for an A/B test, no containers are needed right
now, samba service is way more important.

As mentioned docker is stopped and "iptables -F" yesterday evening.

nsswitch.conf unchanged, AFAIK.
