No
Possible things to check:
Is the ip for vlan1 10.1.2.34 ?
Try just setting 'vlan1'
Is the 'nmbd' binary being started separately

Possibly, if it worked before the upgrade, it is normally expected to
work after the upgrade. There is probably only one exception to this,
if what was working, wasn't supposed to and had been fixed.

You will not have any network browsing at all, but there is very little
with a DC anyway.
