If you are running Samba 4.3.11 then you should be aware that it is EOL 
and bug 12262 was fixed in 4.4, so I would suggest you upgrade to a 
supported Samba version. You will probably find that your problem is 
fixed, but if it isn't, you will at least stand a chance of getting it 
fixed, you have little or no chance of getting 4.3.11 fixed.
