[Samba] Unable to upload printer drivers.

Hi
Tested if i could upgrade my kyocera drivers but no go.. ( where i have currently 6.3.909.0 installed. )
Tried/Tested with win10 and win7 x64. ( 4.9.6 ) with the windows printer manager. ( as shown on the wiki )
KyoceraClassicUniversal v3.3_signed

All get : HRESULT: 0x0000023f (ERROR_APP_INIT_FAILURE) ( see below )
Tested them all, and atm only one works..

Get this one and try if you can install it, then least then you can print.
This one was developed by Kyocera for me and signed by MS.
Because of these problems we have now again.. :-(( arg..
I'll have to investigate this again.
I just tried an upgrade of my print server if 4.10.2 works.
Well, i would hold the 4.10.2 for a print server, all my drivers disapeared from the drivers overview and now 0 can be uploaded.
I could not install my pcl5 drivers from the link..
All drivers show the same output. ( 4.9.6 ) i forgot to backup the logs of 4.10.2. so i can provide these next test.
Sorry can help much more atm, i have to finish up some work here first, i have a sick collega. :-( so bit more todo here.
@Rowland, i have a Level 10 log part here, maybe you see something.
