Then I repeat what I said earlier, it may have worked with 4.5.x, but
if it did, then the changes since then have stopped it working. I would
suggest using 4.9.0 (which has had much work done in this very
direction) except it has its own problems. Wait for 4.9.1 and try
again, or provide proof it is a bug (level 10 logs and/or network
traces).
