[Samba] similar offline join way for linux clients?

Hi list,

on windows clients I can generate a so called djoin-blob
(https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/remote/remote-access/directaccess/directaccess-offline-domain-joinV))
for joining a windows machine to a given AD account (works fine with
samba 4.7+). In this procedure the account will be reused (not
overwritten!), the machine takes the machine-name of the account (very
practical!) and no admin-password is necessecary for join (but for
creating of the blob, naturally).

Is there a similar way (planned) for linux clients, connecting to a
(samba) ad dc with a kind of blob not using the domain admin account
password?
