[Samba] Integrating the persistent file handle patch from Simplivity

Hi guys,

I found a message about a Simplivity patch for persistent file handles on a couple mailing list archives:

…unfortunately no patch is included in the archives (that I can find). Neither can I find anything about it in the git log. Can someone please send me the patch, as well as any hint or a contacts I could follow up with to find the current status on integrating it?
