Hi Louis,

I'm not the OP. The OP is having the problem in their production 
environment which has been upgraded. I cannot comment on the OP's PC setup.

I happened to have a new 4.5.1 Test environment, and performed some tests.

I am acquainted with the OP as he works in a related company but that's 
about as far as it goes.
