[Samba] Password history length

Hello!
I detected the following question if the political history of this 
active passwords, and I disable amesma if after that try to put a 
password that was already used as the hitorico policy was active it 
tells me that I can not now create one User and historical policy was 
disabled it can use the same password several times.

Summing up the policy of passwords continues to be valid for the changed 
passwords before while activated historico, is this normal?
