[Samba] Windows 10 ADUC no properties window

Hadn't realized Windows 7 was required to run ADUC. Is that a SAMBA
specific issue?

I did notice as well that the MMC was crashing on me a lot. I'm running
RSAT from Windows6.1-KB958830-x64. Should I have installed a different
version?
