[Samba] Configure File System for Shadow Copy

The goal is to build a file server. 
I already have an LVM that was automatically created in the installation of Centos, including partitions below (sda1): 

/Dev/mapper/centos-root 
/Dev/mapper/centos-swap 

I added a second disk on the server, which was identified as sdb. 
If you need to configure the shadow copy only on an LVM, for my case, what do you advise: 

  - Create a new LVM only to the SDB; 
  - Include the SDB in the same SDA LVM.
