Hello Brian,

You need to change the fSMORoleOwner attribute value for the entry CN=Infrastucture,DC=DomainDnsZones,DC=yourdomain,DC=yoursuffix.
The same entry need to bee modified in DC=ForestDnsZones,DC=yourdomain,DC=yoursuffix

I think you may to have to resort to ADSIEdit or similar.
You could try using fsmo.py from samba 4.3.0 , it knows about all 7 
roles, so it may work with transferring to a windows DC, I am unsure if 
it will work, it should because it works on the local sam.ldb and then 
replication kicks in , but I have never tested it this way, I only 
tested it against Samba 4 DCs.

If it doesn't work, you may be able to work out what to with ADSIEdit by 
reading fsmo.py
