[Samba] What are the parameter definitions for a SAMBA share to make it Fully NTFS compliant

And your samba version is ?  

Because there are some changes in 3.x and 4.x 

If you on samba 4.x and i suggest 4.2.x You only need : 

[share]
    browseable = yes
    path = /yourshare 
    read only = no
    acl_xattr:ignore system acl = yes
