If you are not obligated to sernet packages.
switch to debian jessie, that wil give you samba 4.1.17 and sssd 1.11.7-3
rebuilding from wheezy or ubuntu 14.04 to latest samba or sernet samba, well i have tried it,
and gave up.
Since debian jessie is release in few months and your running only samba.
give it a try.
and really, rebuilding is a waist of your time.. ..
and i know.. already waisted to much time on trying to rebuild..
where you are now.. sssd-ad : Depends: samba-libs ..
is just te beginning of lots more missing dependecies.

Louis
