[Samba] Can add with net rpc command but NOT with dsa.msc

Well it wasn't obvious to me!!!!!!!

Also round here we call 'dsa.msc' 'ADUC' and I bet you are referring to 
the windows version of 'net' in the subject line!

Can you please try to add a user with samba-tool on the Debian DC, this 
will rule out it being a generic problem.
