[Samba] Adding user from management console fails

Hello

I've a jessie with samba4 (4.1.17) . When we want to add a user, using 
management console Active Directory Users and Computers, we have the 
following error:

An error occur please contact your administrator

In Samba log I've no log (loglevel=9) so how can I investigate the 
problem ?
