[Samba] CTDB default value for EventScriptTimeoutCount

Hi all,

I noticed that this defaults to "20", rather than "1" as documented in the 
man page. This seemed to come in at:

Can anyone comment on why this defaults to 20 now, rather than 1 - is this 
an oversight on a debug patch, or is there a good reason not to have it at 
1?
