[Samba] samba4 and terminalserver licensing

I don't know anything about Citrix, but maybe the following is the reason:

Do you have the follwing error in the Windows event log?
> TerminalServices-Licensing 4105 – The Terminal Services license server
> cannot update the license attributes for user “<UserName>” in Active
> Directory Domain “<DomainName>”

The reason for that is, that Samba don't support the timestamp value the
msTSExpireDate requires:

There's a patch attached to the bug report, that applies also for 4.1,
if you compile your DCs Samba by yourself. 4.2 will have it included.
