[Samba] Samba 4 slower ?

Not sure. Most people get line-speed out of Samba 4.x (as
they also did out of Samba 3.x).

nbench didn't get updated for smb2. Should be possible.
Not a high priority for the Team - but if you want to
patch it I'm happy to review !
