[Samba] Machine choosing unexpected logonserver in multi-dc domain 4.2.1

You can set an policy for this in GPO, dont remember exacly which one but it is there.
By default windows connect to the DC with fsmo roles.
Somewhere in computer policies. Templates / System
look for DS_TRY_NEXTCLOSEST_SITE
