[Samba] Machine choosing unexpected logonserver in multi-dc domain 4.2.1

Thanks all for the suggestions. After reading through everything I am
quite confident everything was setup correctly. In the end it was
fixed by removing the subnet attached to site DC1 - As
soon as this subnet was removed, the problem went away and the correct
logonserver was getting chosen.
